Beautiful surroundings, but unfortunately the maintenance problems and our experience with the host made our stay very u

The location and the surroundings were nice, and the property itself had good potential.

Unfortunately, our stay was very uncomfortable due to several issues. There were no toilet rolls or garbage bags provided. The shower drainage was blocked, so we were unable to take a proper shower. When we informed the host, instead of arranging maintenance, we were told to buy drain cleaner and fix the shower ourselves. The bedroom window was also broken and could not be opened. The bed linen provided had stains and holes and was not in acceptable condition. We also had a very unpleasant experience communicating with the host. After we had already made the booking, we were pressured to pay 800NOK an additional amount for bed linen and were told that if we did not take the requested service/pay extra, the host would not provide the property and that we should find another place, with no refund. We even offered to bring and use our own bed linen as a favour, but the response was still very unprofessional. Overall, we felt stressed and uncomfortable throughout the stay.

Deretter info om at det er i 2.etasje og at man får en melding med kode når man ankommer, men fikk mulighet til å ringe til eieren og han var veldig hjelpsom og veldig hyggelig!
