The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of a free beach, which is about an 8-minute walk at a relaxed pace. There is a reserved parking space for the apartment near the building, located away from the main road, which is very convenient.
There are shops, pizzerias, bakeries, and cafés nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
The apartment is well-equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, but there are fans available, which is helpful. It would also be nice to replace the scratched frying pans with new ones.

Casa super spaziosa, luminosa e completa di tutti i comfort, pulitissima.. (c'era anche l'aspirapolvere folletto!!) L'ascensore è stato l'unica nostra fatica dato che avevamo la carrozzina per il neonatino che non ci stava, ma per il resto, siamo stati benissimo! Super Consigliata!

We had a very unpleasant situation - our booking for the same night was unexpectedly canceled at 6 PM. So we had to urgently look for another place to stay, and luckily we found these apartments.
It was extremely convenient that check-in was available at any time. Communication with the host was quick and efficient - he provided us with clear and detailed instructions on how to enter, where to pick up the keys, and where to park the car.
As for the apartments themselves, they are beautiful, large, and very spacious. Everything is perfectly equipped - all kitchen utensils, as well as small essentials like napkins, salt, sugar, and even sunflower oil. There were even some snacks, crispbread, and jam waiting for us.
We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!
