Check in process, and entrance of the property was incredible. Very Very easy !! Face recognition in the entrance of the building and elevator.
The apartment had a very particular smell which came from the shower drainage. Nothing that made me feel uncomfortable, but a point of improvement

The location was great! The pool was awesome!
We didn't get wifi until the second day. The little placard that was supposed to be in the room wasn't there when we arrived, and they didn't respond to our messages until the next day. The TV remote control wasn't working, so we couldn't watch TV either. We got this place because I wanted to park my car safely, but we didn't get a chance to do that because when we asked, they didn't know about it and instead found street parking. Only on the day before we were supposed to leave did the security invite us to park our car in the garage. Several times the hot water didn't work at all. We left it running for up to 20 minutes before giving up. The sewage smell from the drains was overwhelming so we had to keep the bathroom door closed most of the time. We were there for five days, it would have been nice to get more toilet paper and towels to make it more comfortable. And another thing that is really annoying is that there was no mat to stand on after you get out of the shower, so the bathroom floor was wet most of the time because there is no ventilation.

La cercanía hacia el Consulado
Tienen muchisimas reglas. Pero sis instalaciones necesitan reparaciones. Entraba agua por la lluvia por la ventana. Trate de llamar para comentarles y no respondieron. Las chicas del departamento 811 llegaron a la una de la mañana gritando y me despertaron. Se callaron en mucho rato. La alberca esta dañada. Habia dos cucarachas bebes en el baño. Las cobijas huelen a humedad. Piden q pagues un extra por posibles daños pero no se hacen respondables de los daños que sus instalaciones pueden tener … incongruente
