The Space:

Offering more than 3,550 sq. ft. of living space in the main house, plus an additional 400 sq. ft. in the attached studio, this spacious two-story retreat is designed for comfort, relaxation, and making lasting memories with family and friends. Guests frequently comment that the home feels even larger and more impressive in person than the photos suggest, making it an ideal choice for family gatherings, multi-generational vacations, and group getaways.



Nestled in the peaceful East End of Grand Cayman, this private oasis offers a welcome escape from the crowds of Seven Mile Beach while still providing easy access to the island's top attractions. Surrounded by tropical landscaping and featuring breathtaking ocean views, the property is the perfect place to unwind and embrace the slower pace of island life.



The first floor features a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bar, inviting living room, laundry area with a half bath, and a primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms: one with two twin beds, one with a queen bed, and one with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. A large shared bathroom with a shower and tub serves the remaining two upstairs bedrooms. The thoughtful layout makes the home especially well-suited for families traveling together, allowing everyone to spread out while still enjoying plenty of shared gathering spaces.

For groups larger than 9 guests, the studio apartment may be added to your reservation, accommodating up to 2 additional adults or up to 3 additional guests when one is a child under 12 years old. The studio is ideal for couples, grandparents, teenagers, or anyone in your group who would appreciate a little extra privacy while remaining just steps away from the main house and all shared gathering spaces.



The studio itself is a welcoming retreat, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. It features a cozy king-size bed, a comfortable sofa, and a Smart TV for entertainment. The kitchenette includes essentials such as a mini fridge and microwave, while the kitchen island with seating for two serves as the perfect spot for casual dining or catching up on emails, though we highly recommend unplugging and embracing island time.



The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the outdoor deck offers lounge chairs, outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and a hammock, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, an afternoon nap, or the gentle Caribbean breeze.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to all indoor and outdoor living spaces, including the studio when booking for groups larger than 9 guess.



Please be aware that there is a cat residing outside the property and is not allowed inside the home.

Getting Around:

To make the most of your stay in East End, we highly recommend renting a car for convenient transportation and the freedom to explore at your own pace. With George Town approximately 50 minutes away, having a car allows you to discover the area's hidden treasures and embrace the picturesque beauty on your own schedule. Enjoy the convenience and flexibility that a car rental provides during your East End getaway.



Other Things to Note:

While this property is not directly situated on the waterfront, it offers breathtaking and unobstructed views of the nearby ocean from its elevated position on the hill. Nearby beaches can be reached with a short drive of 1-5 minutes.



To preserve the privacy and exclusivity of the property, the studio apartment is reserved exclusively for larger groups and is only made available when occupancy of the main house exceeds 9 guests. The studio is never rented separately to unrelated guests, ensuring that all reservations enjoy exclusive use of the property and grounds throughout their stay. There will be a separate Cleaning Fee of US$150 charged for bookings that utilize the studio.



If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$750 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.



We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.
