There were worms in the toilet!

The location was amazing, the place really safe, arrival was easy

There were red super thin worms in the toilet when we arrived! We reported it. They ignore us. I got picts and everything. We felt unsafe because we did not know if the worms came from the toilet or the potable water. We never got an answer

Good value, compact apartment in very good location.

Very good location in the historic heart of Padua. Easy access and reasonable size apartment. Good cooking facilities and bathroom. Soft towels and comfy bed. Very useful bonus to have a washing machine!

Bed right next to the wall wasn't great for ther person next to the wall, but the bed was comfy, so not too bad. The sofa / sofa bed in the sitting area was a bit small and uncomfortable to enjoy watching the TV, but it was adequate.

The entry to building didn’t have a pad code to open the door and it was difficult to find the building address.

Excellent central location in a beautiful city

Great location, very central, very easy to access. Entire check-in process was well organized and simple. Host very friendly, accommodating, very responsive, even as my check-in and check-out plans changed slightly. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Padova and looking for a nice, central location.

Wifi speed could have been better but in reality it was no different than what other friends experienced at the same time in other places in the city. And it was reliable, so not a major issue.

La struttura avrebbe un grande potenziale, nel complesso é accogliente e molto vicina al centro

La pulizia dell’appartamento é notevolmente da rivedere. C’erano macchie sui copri-sedia e sul copridivano a piano terra; le tende nere oscuranti delle finestre basculanti non sono assolutamente accettabili, ricoperte di polvere (quella della stanza matrimoniale era inoltre rotta e non riavvolgibile, dunque se sguanciata dondolava per sul letto depositando la polvere oltre che essere evidentemente scomoda. Il wifi non funzionava e non é stato ripristinato nonostante la segnalazione, cosí come il montacarichi. La cucina non é fruibile da quattro persone.
