Location and room had a nice layout.
Only provide 2 skinny pillows and 2 towels. We need more than 2 towels.

Size of the suite was spacious.
King size bed was comfortable and spacious.
Shower and bathroom good size.
Staff very helpful.
Good location in Ximen, close walk to very convenient public transport.
Control panel on bedroom ceiling flashing all night, not great if small lights impact ability to fall asleep. Only minor issue as everything else was great!

Location and the fact we can borrow umbrellas and use laundry room. Staff is friendly and there was always someone available at reception. View from balcony was great too
The floor wasn’t vacuumed when they cleaned the room and the pillows are pretty bulky/high. We couldn’t use the iron either as someone had borrowed it and not returned

Location. Friendly reception. Big and luminous room..
Very old towels, with holes, hanging threads and a very unpleasant smell of bleach. The mirror was installed in a very precarious way that caused a cable to stick out from the side (not safe).Regarding the bed, when your partner moves a little or even talks, the bed literally swings you because it doesn't have a frame. The blanket is very small and does not cover two people. We stayed 5 nights and they never cleaned the floor, they only did the basics (towels/bed). We paid a lot of money and the negative outweighed the positive.
