Easy access and great location for quick bus into Venice. Big supermarket and shops very close by. Perfect location to enjoy Venice with comforts and convenience. The room was bigger and brighter than expected. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host was great with directions and recommendations.

Great apartment very clean and large. The owner met us upon arrival and explained everything we needed to know and made getting around so easy. Bus stop was about a 3 minute walk and caught the 4L straight into Venice which runs every 10 minutes until 8.30 pm then every 30 mins, it took around 12 minutes to get into Venice on the 4L (tickets 1.50 euro single trip I believe up to 75 mins from validating on the bus).
Neighbourhood was a little tatty and diverse but we didn't encounter any issues except a little noise at night
