This gorgeous condo provides stunning views, luxurious furniture, and unmatched amenities for your vacation – including access to a gym, tennis & pickleball courts, and a private beach club! Sitting high above Playas del Coco, this luxury condo is on the 3rd floor and offers TWO master suites with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean from your covered balcony that spans the length of the condo. There is both elevator and stair access to the unit. Our company manages 140+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property: Our VACATION SPECIALISTS can assist with transportation, tours, boat trips, in-property services like chefs and spa services, as well as area information. One of our HOUSE MANAGERS will be your point of contact for any questions you have related to the property before and during your stay. Our VACATION SPECIALISTS and HOUSE MANAGERS work as a team to provide you with the best vacation experience possible! Coco Bay Estates is located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal. Tucked off the main road, you are just a 5-minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Playas del Coco. ⁣This beautiful development has a gated entry and 24/7 security. Coco Bay Estates is a mixture of luxury homes plus four condo towers with quick access to the area’s beaches and attractions. Enter the condo and be greeted with a wall of windows facing the ocean. To the left are in-suite laundry facilities and a half bath to the right. Continue through to a dining space for four and a wonderfully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats 3. The living room has a comfortable sofa and flatscreen TV with gorgeous views. Exit through the large sliders to the expansive covered balcony with a dining table for 4 and separate seating spaces for each bedroom. The bedrooms sit on either side of the condo, providing peace and privacy for guests. The north bedroom has a king-size bed, a massive en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub, double vanity, shower stall, and a large closet. The south bedroom also has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower stall, and a large closet. Both bedrooms have ocean views, direct access to the covered balcony, and separate seating areas. When you’re ready to soak up some sun or work up a sweat, you have complimentary access to the on-site clubhouse, “The Club at Coco Bay”. This facility offers a large pool with a swim-up bar, waterfalls, a small waterslide, a lap section, and even a separate pool area for the kids! The fitness facility has a gym, a yoga pavilion, tennis & pickleball courts, lockers, and showers! A delicious restaurant, Sugoi, offers your choice of Mexican or Asian cuisine. You can also head to the Ocotal Beach Club and enjoy the use of their beautiful pool, bar & restaurant, and close proximity to the sand and gentle surf of Playa Ocotal. NOTE – Due to the steep roads & driveways in the condo section, golf carts are prohibited by the development. Our guest services representatives can help book a car rental or private driver for your stay. Guest will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with! Golf carts are not permitted in this section of the development due to the steep terrain. It is not a property we consider walkable due to the location and steep terrain.

This property meets all the requirements for any vacationer. The location was an easy drive from Liberia airport and a 5 minute drive to the beach. Jennifer was very responsive with any questions and provided great restaurant recommendations for happy hour and dinner. The restaurant located inside the property was amazing. The most amazing part of it all was the amazing view from the balcony. I highly recommend this property for all.

We really couldn’t get enough of the view, coffee with ocean views is a treat for landlocked people like us. We also really enjoyed the comfy beds and large bathrooms. It’s right next to the elevator which was very convenient and felt like a new condo with nice appliances and with how clean it was. The town of Coco is 5 minutes away so we explored many shops and restaurants. 2 minute drive away is Coco Bay Beach Club has a great kid friendly pool and excellent food. I would recommend this condo for groups of 4, in our case a family with 2 kids, looking a value so you can have money left for all the awesome water adventures in Costa Rica! Nearby highlights include Diamante Adventure Park, sailboat snorkel trip and jetski rental. Restaurant faves were on the beach- Claudio y Giorgio and Cafe de Playa (gonfor sunset) and El Capricho on the main street. Check in was seamless and all our questions were quickly answered via whatsapp. Would stay again!

Very nice condo close to Playas del Cocos. The views are absolutely stunning. Be prepared for a steep drive up to the condo, but it is totally worth the drive for the amazing views! My family enjoyed swimming at the clubhouse and having a special dinner at Sugoi (sushi/hibachi restaurant in the clubhouse). Overall a very nice trip. Communication with the property management company was smooth and professional.

I spent two weeks here and would have happily passed another two. Car rental essential but the view took my breath away every time I walked through the door. I will definitely return! Thanks for this wonderful experience.
