Excelente Calidad precio, volvería 100%

Me gusto lo seguro que se siente, ya que tiene su puerta en la parte de alante, la privacidad que brinda y lo tranquilo del entorno. Y la cereza del pastel fue la pequeña cocina que tiene, que permite hace desayuno o cena en caso de no querer comer fuera, muy bien ubicado y cerca de todo.

Me gusto todo, no tengo quejas.

Sehr gut

Ich war tatsächlich positiv überrascht, als ich ankam sah es erst wie ein Ghetto aus aber der Schein trügt. Die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig und nett. Man ist sehr nah an den nächsten Supermärkten und den colmados auch innerhalb von ein paar geh Minuten ist man im Zentrum der Ortschaft. Theoretisch kann man auch zum Strand spazieren oder ganz einfach günstig ein moto Taxi nehmen. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt um zwei Tage verlängert das ging auch ohne Probleme. Mein Zimmer wurde dann doch mal bisschen dreckig dass kann man dann mit dem Personal vor Ort auch ausmachen die dann mal durchwischt. Es steht kostenloses Trinkwasser zur Verfügung, was ich toll fand ist dass aus dem Spender auch heißes Wasser raus kam für Tee und Kaffee sehr praktisch. WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Der duschkopf 🚿 sollte erneuert werden. Er sprüht das Wasser überall hin nur nicht auf den Körper 😂 ich hab da einfach ne Tüte mit Loch drüber gehangen weil mich das irgendwann genervt hat. Hund bellen ja aber gestört hat mcih das nicht. Und es ist halt sehr hellhörig alles. Was draußen auf der Terrasse passiert hört sich so an als wäre es direkt im Zimmer. Sfür den Preis kann man nicht meckern

Séjour agréable à petit prix proche de plages paradisiaques

L’hôte était très accueillant, très serviable. Il nous a donné plein de recommandations concernant las Terrenas. C’était très agréable. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent, il y a même une cuisine à disposition et un patio avec chaises, il y a également la climatisation dans la chambre. On peut même y faire la lessive si besoin. De plus, l’entrée est sécurisée par un portail. Merci encore à l’hôtel, je recommande fortement :)

Il n’y a pas d’eau chaude, mais pour le prix c’est pas surprenant. Rien d’autre à redire !

Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre que nous devions avoir.

La wifi, la Clim, et nous avons pu voir les autres chambres numérotées (celles des photos), qui sont bien. Le propriétaire a bien voulu nous rembourser les deux nuits que nous n’avons pas passé chez lui.

Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservé. Nous nous sommes retrouvées dans un cube de béton, au milieu de la cour, sans terrasse comme sur les photos. Espace minuscule, sol non carrelé, avec une sorte de trappe, murs et plafond décrépis. SDB décrépie, microscopique, sans porte, etc etc. Trop éloigné du centre, si on n’a pas de moyen de locomotion. Nous avons fui après la première nuit.

Will stay again, good price for quality

The place looks exact like on the pictures, it s clean, airco and van, good attencion from the staff, you can use the kitchen fridge and plates etc, but not for cook a meal, but you can make a salad, toast bread for example. You can take water and coffee, get your clothes washed. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach but i didn t mind walking it once a day and the other time i grab a motor taxi who are every where to be found. The neighbourhood felt safe

Tiene aire acondicionado, puedes usar la lavadora (aunque no te deja la ropa bien y descolora todo) También tienen para reponer y poder beber agua.

El alojamiento tenía cucarachas, nos salieron 2 por la noche y una tercera a la mañana siguiente al lado de la cama. Por otra parte, la impresión por dentro era de estar sucio, la cama se hundía y no había agua caliente. En cuanto al personal, la primera mujer que nos atendió fue bastante agradable y social, sin embargo, el hombre, bastante serio.

Pleasant, cool room away from noisy streets

The room was very nice and clean with refreshing air-conditioner. The location was a bit away from the noisy streets, which we liked, and still easy to find and reach. The parking space was small but all manageable. The owner was very kind and communicative, he adapted to our time too. Will recommend.

Good customer services

The owner, Gerson, was excellent when unfortunately on the first night the electricity went out due to some kind of fault and without power and no air-conditioning it was impossible to sleep in the melting heat. He felt very apologetic for a fault that really wasn't his and the following day he returned all the money I paid for the 2 nights stay I was suppose to have there. This is very good customer services when something goes wrong! The price is very good for Las Terrenas if you don't mind a 20 minutes walk to the seafront where you have the beach and all the restaurants/nightlife

If I’m back in Las Terrenas I would stay again!

The room was so clean and comfy! It is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to one of the Main Streets of Las Terrenas and a 20 minute walk to the beach. The little outdoor table and chairs is lovely to enjoy a tea or coffee in the morning.

The place would be even better if there was a sink in the little kitchen area to rinse dishes etc. but I still had a great stay!

Best value with amazing experience

Everything about the stay was top notch excellent! For the price you will actually be surprised how well it is maintained and kept by the owner... It is simple, clean and basic... Has a kitchen if we need to use the fridge or microwave... The owner goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are okay.. love it!

For the price, you can’t beat it. It is not luxury. But has everything you need.

Simple. Safe. Gated. Bed was comfortable. I requested extra pillows and they accommodated that. water cooler outside to have clean drinking water. Room had AC and a Fan.

Toilet was really close to the wall. You needed to Be an Acrobat to sit down on the toilet! lol There was no hot water in the shower. It was uncomfortably cold shower water. They need to put a mirror over the sink in the bathroom. the mirror is located in the other room where the Bed is. It’s really far walk to Playa Poppi or Playa Bonita for surfing. The location isn’t great. In order to Get to the good part of town or beaches you really need to Hire a Moto Scooter/ or a Moto Conho.

Exceptional

You will have really beautiful appartement for good money in the safe neighborhood. The owner is really nice and it is easy to agree on something with him. The place is safe, there is a courtyard with gate where you can park your scooter if you have one.
