Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeber.
Schönes Grundstück, nette Bungalows, toller Pool.
Man ist für sich, kann aber auch gut und leicht mit anderen auf dem Grundstück kommunizieren.
Ich konnte alles mit Karte - oder auch bar - bezahlen.
Im Grunde nichts. Es stimmt, man muss von der Straße ein ganzes Stück einen Fahrweg langgehen. Dafür ist man aus dem "Las-Terrenas-Trubel" heraus.
Der Fahrweg ist für meinen Begriffe ausreichend beleuchtet - und bewacht. Man(n und Frau) können sich absolut sicher fühlen.

I don’t think I have ever stayed somewhere with a more accommodating host. They are a lovely Italian couple, who speak fluent English. She went out of her way on multiple occasions to contact local taxis for us so we didn’t have to struggle with the language barrier. The property was large, secure and very clean. You get a large container of drinking water included as well, which for a country with undermanned tap water seems to be a very rare occurrence even in hotels! There was also an espresso machine near to the pool. Overall, it is some of the best service I have ever received and would definitely recommend to anyone.
The property is very near to the main town of Las Terrenas, however, it is down a long unlit road so isn’t that suitable for walking especially at night. Personally, I love dogs but I think I should note that seven dogs live at this property in case you aren’t that keen on dogs. I must mention that I never saw or heard a dog once though and the host says they’re super friendly. On a final note, and this is not linked to my rating of the property but Las Terrenas as a place felt very unsafe as two young women. We faced a significant amount of sexual harassment during our 24 hour stay. Considering we had just come from a stay in Santo Domingo, we thought we were escaping but it was actually far worse. So I don’t think I would recommend to groups of women on their own.
