This must be my fifth or sixth time visiting the property, and every time I come, I’m impressed by how friendly and welcoming the staff is. Their consistency in hospitality is one of the main reasons I keep coming back.
We’ve been to this property at least six times, and sadly, with each visit we’ve seen a steady decline in its condition. Broken lights, torn curtains, and a jacuzzi filled with green, stagnant water are just some of the visible issues. What may have once required basic maintenance now demands a significant renovation. The A/C controls don’t work, the key system is deteriorated, the elevator is out of service, and many bathrooms have broken faucets—just to name a few. It’s truly disappointing to see a place we once loved falling apart year after year.
