The best of both worlds! Experience tranquillity with country views while being only a 3 min drive/10 min walk to the Cape Paterson beach. Indulge in the local cafe and restaurants and travel the scenic roads to places like Inverloch and Wonthaggi. Cape Paterson is a reserved town separate from the busy streets of Melbourne and boasts a life of relaxation and calmness.
The house offers 5 generous bedrooms with a variety of beds and living areas (queen beds and bunk beds). Enjoy the bottom floor as a place to hang out, or the top floor with a large balcony to relax and take in the views. A backyard lines the side of the house, which is pet friendly and enclosed. Cape Paterson provides amazing country trails and beach walks that make it the perfect place for pets!
Amenities include a full-size fridge, a jet spa, WIFI, gas BBQ and parking with a driveway to the side of the house. We do not provide linen so please bring your own sheets and pillowcases. Doonas and pillows are provided. A laundry is available with a washing machine. A fireplace is available for the colder days, as well as overhead fans and split-system heating and cooling.

The property was clean and spacious, the covered deck and BBQ were well utilised throughout our stay. The big garage really helped for storing our beach gear. Two living spaces, big tables and plenty of chairs plus the overall layout easily accommodated our immediate family plus my parents and sister.
