Blue Sky on Lake Norman is a spacious pet-friendly lake front home on a sprawling lot with pool and a sandy beach. The home features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms with space throughout to unwind, relax and play!
With big water views, this newly listed luxury vacation rental has been meticulously curated for relaxation and family fun! With no less than a dozen individual seating and gathering areas in and around this home, you will find plenty of space for your group, or multiple families without ever feeling crowded.
If you want to play, we've definitely got you covered! Enjoy a paddle in one of four kayaks or try out the stand up paddle board, all free for you to enjoy. Shoot a game of pool, play foosball or throw darts in the game room. If you're looking for more activities, there are workout machines, corn hole boards and bicycles at your disposal.

We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Sky. The entire home met the needs of our family vacation! Inside the home, the kitchen had every single thing we needed to make meal prep easy. Throughout the house, there were plenty of spaces for everyone to spread out and relax. The game room was fun when we needed a break from the outdoor heat. Everyone in our family group commented on the comfort of the beds, and the bathrooms and laundry room had small appliances available to borrow, making it convenient for those of us that forgot things from home.I cannot say enough amazing things about the outdoor recreation areas! We spent many hours around the pool, played many rounds of Cornhole, and loved using the kayaks for enjoying early mornings on the lake. Our very energetic toddlers loved the beach area. They spent many hours playing in the sand. The peaceful and cool covered porches made for great memories eating meals and drinking morning coffee. Most valued of all, we rented a pontoon, kept it at the home’s dock, and loved our hours spent on beautiful Lake Norman.Thank you, Paul, for sharing your beautiful home with us. Your communication and help before our arrival made it easy to plan and prepare for a great family vacation. We hope to return next summer!

Great vacation! The house was the cleanest we've ever stayed at. Nicely decorated and all the outdoor furniture was in great shape with plenty of options. First time staying somewhere that the outdoor grill was clean for us to use! Would definitely highly recommend. Lake Norman is beautiful!

We had a fantastic family vacation at this NC property! The home was even better than what we anticipated. Gorgeous lake views, nice outdoor furniture, beautiful pool and pool accessories, large yard. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice neighborhood and close to towns for entertainment. Paul was an awesome host, we will be back!
