Wunderschöne und aussergewöhnliche Lage!Von diesen Attributen lebt das Apartment. Tolle Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, den empfohlenen Bus der Linie C2 für die Anreise haben wir jedoch bis zu unserer Abreise nicht gefunden und am Fährhafen wusste niemand wo Taxiboote stehen. Der Ausblick ist bezaubernd und die Lokale am Hafen sind sehr zu empfehlen.
Schimmelfugen im Bad und die Kaffeemaschine wurde anscheinend nicht gereinigt. Der Filter der Klimaanlage ist offensichtlich länger nicht getauscht worden. Ein schwaches Immunsystem geht nach einer Nacht mit dieser Klimaanlage garantiert in die Knie.

- Die Lage im schönsten Ortsteil Corricella
- die obere Etage der Maisonette-Wohnung ist sehr schön gestaltet
- Die Fewo ist nur über teils sehr steile und sehr enge Treppen zu erreichen, nichts für "ältere Semester" mit großen Trolleys
- Kombination aus Badewanne und Dusche:
die Bedienung der Armaturen ist schwer nachvollziehbar und die Länge des Duschschlauchs, der sich in der Verkleidung der Badewanne befindet, ist schwer einzuschätzen und wohl zu kurz für größere Nutzer, um die Haare aufrecht stehend zu waschen, außerdem sind die Fugen schimmellg
- Internet ist insbesondere in der oberen Etage sehr schwach oder nicht vorhanden
- Türschloss/-schlüssel ist hakelig

La posizione è stupenda con vista sulla Corricella.
Casa molto caratteristica e accogliente. Non manca nulla. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile a tutte le ore per qualsiasi problema.
Mi ha fornito di video e informazioni necessarie per raggiungere la struttura e sull'utilizzo della casa; cosa molto apprezzata.
Molto carino il terrazzino vista mare.
Mi sono sentita a casa e questo è l'importante!

La struttura è molto bella, il balconcino affaccia su una delle zone più belle di procida.
la casa è graziosa ed essenziale, piccola ma ha tutto.
Host per quanto possibile disponibile
la struttura non aveva l’acqua calda, abbiamo provato a contattare l host per risolvere la problematica ma ci ha risposti diverse ore dopo, l’host 2 ore dopo ha risolto il problema ma noi le docce le avevamo già fatte congelate.
lo scarico non tirava bene l’acqua e la proprietaria ne era a conoscenza e si è giustificata dicendo che dovranno fare dei lavori, ma durante il nostro soggiorno non è stato molto piacevole.
c’era il cuscino in più per necessità ma mancavano le federe quindi non abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo.
non è da sottovalutare la fatica per arrivare all’appartamento perché le scale sono veramente molte, la vista è stupenda ma per arrivarci si fatica soprattutto con i bagagli.
