The location is great and built up more than the south side, make sure you hire a car though. Rooms are huge, bathroom is huge - lots of space in the villa. Best for couple ls or families with little privacy all sleeping in one room.
It would have been awesome 5 years ago but maintenance has slipped. Our pool was 1 ft lower as it likely had a leak, water damaged board around the floor levels just tapped up, I had to get up on a chair to clean the ceiling shower head nozzles so it worked properly as it sprayed everywhere, the windows are covered in sea spray so look dirty, the TV about the outdoor spa didn’t work. The worse thing was everything was a paid extra. We would have preferred a separate roll away in the lounge for our adult child, but instead they only provide linen and a blanket. She slept on the couch (not a sofa bed)

+ Heated pool for « Villas », even in October
+ Spacious rooms
+ Comfortable beds
+ Complementary cookies, water and juice (other minibar items are paid)
+ Good location on the island, quiet surroundings
- Would not recommend the breakfast, very limited options compared to other hotels in South Korea (Stanford Andong much better!!!), hot dishes become cold (staff stirrs in them to keep them looking fresh)
- Room feels worn down, damages throughout to furniture/lights
- Clutter storage open when arriving to the room
- Circulation pump of the swimming pool is very loud, you can hear it during the night
- Staff friendliness (check in via kiosk, even when staff is available however kiosk doesn’t share room number for which you need to contact staff) and knowledge of English
- Booking.com refers to the hotel for an invoice, the hotel refers to booking.com; alternative “certificate of stay” not received
- Disappointing price/quality ratio
