The helpful and pleasant staff esp Noor at the reception. He and Ahmed are very professional and there is a genuine desire to ensure our stay was comfortable. Noor also recommended a good tour guide for us.
The design of the bathroom is poor as water tends to leak to the rest of the bathroom from the shower cubicle. While there is a drain in the middle of the toilet, the design of the floor does not facilitate drainage of water. Perhaps the hotel should consider making sliding doors for the shower cubicle so that water does not get out and make the rest of the bathroom wet.

Not a great place, very dirty sofas, not a clean bed, very basic furnishings, decent kitchen appliances, bathroom was decent. Other than location this is not a great place. No breakfast or cafe!
Reception support, AC support, a fan of ours stopped working, sofas were super dirty so asked for bedsheets so we could even sit!
Good proximity to lots of places but Salalah is small so not a big concerns anyway.
