The staff were amazing. The internet in my room never failed me. The cost to stay was more than reasonable. We were able to use a stovetop. We were very close to both Ayala and SM malls.
The building could do with some renovation. Although clean and packed with useful things like a refrigerator, microwave, and a stovetop, there are some aesthetic deficiencies in the bathroom and the kitchenette. We also were given only one keycard that needed to be slotted into the room wall in order to have power in the room. That meant that every time we left the room, we had to ask housekeeping to let us back in just so that we could keep the refrigerator running while we had food in there.
