Very clean, spacious, beautiful furnishings, close to beach and the famous pilat dune (5 mins walk), good showers, nice towels, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen.
The apartment doesn’t have airconditioning (or we didn’t see it) but it was not too hot because there are shutters that can be closed to keep the sun out.
It’s not always easy to find a parking spot in front of the apartment around lunchtime or evening because a lot of the spaces get taken by clientele of a nearby restaurant. There was usually somewhere to park a few minutes walk away at maximum.

The apartment is in an amazing location at one end of Pyla-sur-mer, amongst beautiful villas, 50m from a very good restaurant (La Coorniche - has an amazing terrace from where you can watch the sunset) and approx 200m from the beach. From here you can easily access the Dune of Pylat, a local attraction, or walk for miles on the beach. You can see the Bay of Arcachon and Cap Ferret from the apartments’ two terraces. It is spotless clean, its two bedrooms are good size, there is ample storage space in the closets and cabinets and the kitchen has everything you need to make your stay perfect. The owner, Linda, provided all the necessary information to get in, to get by in the apartment and was super-responsive to all of our questions.
We absolutely loved everything. One word of caution: between the street and ground level of the property, there is a decent flight of stairs, which you will need to climb with your suitcases. From there you can take the lift to the various floors.
