O ambiente é limpo, bem organizado e o senhorio é agradável. O prédio é de boa qualidade, com conforto suficiente para a estadia. O preço é condizente com as acomodações.
O sinal da internet é fraco, apontado 2G, o que prejudica a comunicação nalgumas ocasiões.
