The apartment is brand new and really has everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious enough. All the furnishings, dishes, cutlery, plates and glasses are of particularly high quality. Everything is spotlessly clean.
But the most amazing thing is the garden. You simply won’t believe it until you see it. It has been beautifully designed. It feels as if you were looking out from a balcony over the town’s main square and harbour, while at the same time offering an intimate, authentic atmosphere.
There is a large, comfortable terrace, and at the end of the garden there is another beautifully designed seating area where you can spend your evenings.
It is one of the most beautiful apartments I have ever stayed in. The hosts were very kind and immediately helped us with everything we needed.
We didn’t miss anything.

There was a scaffolding that blocked our view on the last day but that has nothing to do with the host and will likely not be long-term.

Die Lage war topp. Der Garten ein Traum! Das Haus einfach nur schön! Perfekt!!
Der Weg zum Haus (für das Gepäck) und das Parken sind leider etwas umständlich. Aber die Lage in der Altstadt ist trotzdem genial.

A truly wonderful place to stay in the heart of Rab old town. The villa is very well equipped and comfortable with useful touches like some cooking ingredients available. The garden is the highlight, a private oasis overlooking the old town and harbour and just a few minutes walk to the city beach for swimming. We loved our stay.
