great value property and easy access in a great central location.

central location, really great property. clean and almost brand new! tv had Amazon prime and Netflix available also for relaxing back at home. kitchen table was good for eating and doing work on! very quiet location inner courtyard despite being very central.

The bed was a little hard - but couldn’t fault anything else! the staff in Estay were lovely too and very helpful.

Good and clean apartments in a central area

We were surprised that situated a very central area, full of restaurants and bars, the apartment was very silent. This was a big advantage of it. Very clean, light rooms, new furniture. Cooking stove, iron, washing machine. Possibility to stay in touch with managing company in case of need.

Positive experience in general. We just had a moment when we were texted by property company and were asked to remove the trash from common area….that we never put and never even seen, I guess it was misunderstanding. And one thing to improve is to put at least a little quantity of washing powder as there is a washing machine. People who travel for few days and have a small luggage have no sense to buy a full package of washing powder in order to refresh few dresses once. For the rest - positive experience!

Super schoon en compleet appartement midden in het centrum van Cagliari in een van de leukste straatjes. Alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. Lekkere restuarants en ijssalon (!) om de hoek. Hele vriendelijke host, reageert snel. We hebben hier genoten!

Door de locatie kan het wat gehorig zijn, maar met wat oordopjes was dat zo opgelost

L'appartement très bien situé au coeur du centre historique. L'appartement est très propre, très lumineux avec tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour un séjour, ustensiles de cuisine, produits entretien, et produits d'hygiène. L'accueil chaleureux même en distanciel, très bien organisée.
