After picking the keys, I realised that they hadn't sent the floor number nor the number of the apartment. I called all the phone numbers. It was past 7pm. No one was answering my calls and messaged. Eventually they answered after more than 30 min with my luggages in the entrance of the building and the keys, wondering what I would do and where to spend the night if no one answers my calls and messages.
Also, the next day, I had to figure out myself how to turn on the water heater. There was no instructions or explanations whatsoever in the welcoming message on anything. Had also to figure out how to run the washing machine which is entirely in Greek, and how to run the oven.
They need to send with the keys lock code, full instructions on how to use the facilities and appliances.

L'appartamento è nuovo, pulito e ha davvero tutto il necessario per trascorrere del tempo ad atene. In 20 minuti circa a piedi ci si ritrova nel centro pulsante della città.
Comunicazione con lo staff efficace.
Bisogna ingegnarsi per chiudere la portafinestra del balcone.
Zona un po' degradata, tuttavia non abbiamo mai avuto la sensazione di pericolo, quindi ci tornerei senza pensieri

Lots of good facilities, very clean and spacious - apartment itself is very nice !
We felt the location was quite sketchy and wasn’t very central, the apartment block itself wasn’t very welcoming and was very dark and we had a struggle trying to enter the apartment. Balcony had a view of a concrete wall and wasn’t particularly appealing. We didn’t end up staying at the apartment due to all this and tried to contact the host but have heard nothing from him at all. As 2 young female travellers, we wouldn’t really recommend staying in this area.
