We were able to check in early (9AM). The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Shoutout to Jose and Johnny! 🙂🙂 Jose help us to get a taxi from the apartment to the airport.
The reception is located at the front of the building.
There are many restaurants, cafés, bars, and grocery shops near the apartment.
We stayed in the apartment on the ground floor, and so far, it has not been noisy at night.
There is no air conditioning, but they provided us with three electric fans.
It is near a Metro station, where you can take Line 9 to get to the Arc de Triomphe, Trocadéro, and the Bateaux Mouches.

The location was perfect. A lively safe neighbourhood and a lot of restaurants and must-sees nearby.
We had a lovely apartment and there were 2 ventilators in the room which were very handy.
The host was very lovely and helpful.
