Nestled in Monterosso al Mare, this attractive condo for $204 per night is a great option for your next break. the apartment is on the 4th floor, with an independent entrance, has a bright living room, a kitchen with a small terrace, a large balcony of 35sqm, furnished with two sun beds, two deck chairs and a table for dining and a small garden. two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms with large showers, one equipped with washing machine. The area is particularly quiet and fresh, close to shops, restaurants and all services. It is only 5 minutes walk from the best beach, and from the guarded parking lot and 8 minutes from the train station. On request it is possible to book a parking space with subsidized payment directly under the house.

This is a wonderful place for two couples or a small family to stay while seeing Cinque Terre. We stayed here five nights in early October and hung out on the terrace every night.
Two bedrooms and two full baths were both very nice. Host was great and check in was easy.

We had a wonderful week in Monterosso at this great condo. Plenty of space. A wonderful large patio for relaxing in the sun and for meals. Great views. Convenient to restaurants and grocery store.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The location on a quiet street was perfect. The host was great, she greeted us and showed us around the apartment. She gave us a map of the town and suggestions of things to see.

Guerrina met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment, which was very spacious and meticulously cleaned. We contacted her at least once a day with questions and she always replied promptly and helpfully, often going to find out prices for things rather than just telling us where to look. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment which is just enough out of the way from the centre to be quiet. There are a lot of steps to the apartment but we got used to them and it did not impact on the holiday. Grazie Guerrina!

We loved being in Monterossa al mare. Everything was easy to get to by train or hiking. We would definitely return to this property. Be ready for the stairs but it was well worth the climb. Ciao

Huge, nice and clean apartment with a great terrace. Kitchen had all the equipment you need. Location was perfect, 3 min to the beach and restaurants.
The terrace is located East, so you have the pleasure of the sun during morning and lunch time.

Great balcony
Loved this property. It is within easy walking distance to the beach and train. Our host, Guerrina was very proactive with all our needs. She is a great host. The only challenge is the 80 or so steps to get up to the apartment. But once you are up it has everything you need.

Beautiful Balcony
Our stay at Monterosso al Mare was just beautiful. My favorite thing about this place was the beautiful balcony. There are 3 french doors that open from the living room to the large balcony. We had the doors open all the time for the breeze and you could hear all the birds in the adjacent forest. There are also french doors from the main bedroom to the balcony. Just beautiful. The sweet lady Guerrina, made our check in process so easy and was there to greet us when we arrived. She was so accommodating and was happy to help us with recommendations during our stay. She is in great shape hiking those steps daily!

Everything we wanted

This is a wonderful apartment and the host was fabulous!

Well lit with natural light and spacious.
Only downside is the 4 stories of stairs to get to the apartment and the rock hard bed in the master bedroom. All else is great!

Nice flat
The flat is roomy and very clean. Lack of air conditioning was a problem as we stayed for 6 nights in August. Towels weren’t changed throughout our stay but there is a washing machine. Lovely, quiet location and large balcony which has no shade. A basic starter pack would be beneficial for travellers arriving late. Stairs definitely a problem for elderly or unfit.

Lovely apartment in a great location.
Guerrina's apartment was perfect. We wanted an easy place to enjoy CT...short walk to town, easy access to the train station, beach, shops and restaurants. She also had parking for a fee under the apartment. There are many steps (86) to the apartment but not a problem for us (ages 68 to 72). It was very quiet and peaceful. It was nicer than the photos and the terrace was a special treat. Guerrina was awesome! Wish we could take her home with us!

So grateful for our three beautiful nights in Cinque Terre! Our favorite part was the balcony - we spent breakfasts there, sunbathed in the morning, napped in the afternoon, and played cards and dice during happy hour on the wonderful porch. Loved it!

The property is in a fantastic location and was very well equipped. We had a great experience with the owner and would highly recommend the property. The only suggestion would be a better shade on the balcony as on hot days, the balcony is hot in the morning sun.

Best place in Cinque Terra
We spent 5 nights at this property and loved it! The photos are very accurate except they can't show how much you'll love being there. The landlord, Guerrina, was available and helpful with advice on things to see/do in the area. The apartment is very accessible to the beach, train, old city, etc. but a nice 5 minute walk away from the crowds on a nice quiet street.
As noted by others, there are a bunch of stairs to the 4th floor and no elevator. That's not a big deal but be careful because the stairs curve on the landings (a very odd design) and I tripped going up at night a couple of times, and observed other visitors do the same. Just pay attention and you'll be fine. This property is so perfect, you'll be thrilled. One other note - there's a kitchen but you're unlikely to use it much. There's minimal food shopping available and abundant nice restaurants so don't expect to be cooking. Sorry - LOL.

This villa was lovely. The only drawback is the 87 steps to walk up to the villa which is on a very steep hillside. It was easy to find, and only a short walk from the train. A great villa for a week-long stay
This villa was lovely. The only drawback is the 87 steps to walk up to the villa which is on a very steep hillside. It was easy to find, and only a short walk from the train. Perfectly situated to explore Cinque Terre
Spacious apartment close to the train station, beach and restaurants. While there are stairs to reach the apartment, we thought they were totally manageable. Especially after exploring the other 4 towns! We appreciated having the use of a washing machine. The host gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant nearby to celebrate my husband’s birthday.

Great Location
The apartment is very comfortable with a lot of light. It was perfect for two couples. The location was perfect for walking everywhere, and if not walking, the train station is walking distance away. Loved the owner's suggestions for restaurants...I believe we went to almost all of them - bueno! Grocery store was just down the street and a bakery. We highly recommend this property. Fully equipped for all our needs!

Comfortable apartment and very conveniently situated.
The apartment was suitable for 2 couples and situated in a quiet but central location. Guerrina was extremely pleasant and welcoming and gave us lots of helpful information about restaurants and walks.
One of the reasons for choosing the apartment was that the information stated there was parking. We were surprised that we had to pay a daily charge of 15€ as this was not stated. Although the information stated that the apartment slept four we had to pay an additional nightly cost for more than two people staying. We suggest that the pricing policy should be more transparent.
