The apartment has been very tastefully refurbished and has absolutely everything you need for a stay like ours. The kitchenette was perfect for what we wanted. Bedroom, bathroom and living area - all perfect. Although we took advantage of breakfast in the bar for a cappuccino, there is a Lidl supermarket directly opposite so we bought the food we wanted and had breakfast before leaving the apartment. We did not want to drive in Naples, so we left our car in the (free) supervised parking (worked perfectly) and went into the city by bus. We spoke to Alessandro even before we arrived and he was always on hand if needed.
This is not a complaint but a tip! If you decide to use the bus, take some time to understand how the 169 bus works. It leaves Castelnuovo (outside town) and goes via the apartment to Garibaldi station. It doesn't stop there, but goes straight back to Castelnuovo. The first time you go into the city, remember where the bus stop is!

The hosts are fantastic. Very nice, kind, helpful accommodating and very helpful. The property is very modern, with amenities near by and good transport links. Grazie a mile.

Я путешествую уже довольно давно, и бронировал наверное сотню отелей и квартир. Эта бронь была особенной, такой- за которую хочется оставить подробный отзыв.
Я наверное устану хвалить все что мне понравилось за 3 ночи здесь…
Начну с Алессандро, он сопровождал наше заселение и пребывание от и до, спрашивал и помогал. Всегда отправлял сообщения на английском, как я понял- за месяц в Италии это делают единицы, а перекладывают бремя перевода на клиента, но это не про этого хозяина.
Квартира как оазис в таком удивительном(понимайте как вам удобно)городе Неаполь.
Хотелось также поблагодарить его сотрудницу– Монику. Наше заселение задержалось изза задержки поездов и нам пришлось заселиться в 22 часа. Она ждала нас наверное несколько часов чтобы просто показать номер. Разумеется, мы заплатили за поздний заезд, это обычная практика.
Дальше сама квартира, все кристально чисто , мы с женой чистюли, но даже тут мы почувствовали себя немного странно. В арендованной квартире убрано лучше чем у меня дома. В душевой кабинке на стекле ни одной капли воды, ни одного намека на водный налет. За этой квартирой ухаживают.
Мы приехали поздно, у нас не было воды. И какой радостью было увидеть холодильник с большим количеством подарков от хозяина, включая желанную воду и напитки!
Мы чувствовали себя гостями у своего близкого друга который хотел позаботиться обо всем – и у него это получилось.
Близкое расстояние до аэропорта, до центра города, lidl по расстоянию как соседняя комната.
В маленькой квартире - два телевизора, два кондиционера, даже три, еще в ванной был обогреватель-осушитель.
Дом умный, выключатели удобные, алекса есть(кое как уговорил ее говорить не по итальянски 😂)
Красивый подъезд, оформлен в сицилийском стиле, камеры везде(чувствуешь себя в безопасности в небезопасном городе)
Алессандро выжал из своих возможностей предоставить жилье максимум. У нас было всё, и еще немного сверху.
Завтрак — сладкий, по-итальянски, не совсем в нашем вкусе, но кофе и круассан из бара отличный, и вообще это придирка, учитывая цену аренды

Host Alessandro is a very kind, warm person, he welcomed us like a real host with smile and very kindly.He showed us apartment and on every question we had, his answer was detailed and kind, he helped us with everything we needed and wanted to know about Naples.About the apartment, it was very clean, modern designed and on very good, safe location, relatively close to the center of Naples having in mind that Napoli is a huge city.Near the apartment there is many restaurants, Lidl supermarket is 30m away.The parking garage was also very close and very safe, the guys there were also very kind and good.Everybody who plans on visiting Napoli, I warmly recommend this apartments and Alessandro as a host and greetings to him from me and my family!
We didn't like that we stayed there for only 3 days, we should have stayed longer but maybe next time. As Great Goethe once said: "See Napoli and then you can die!"
