Our stay here was the absolute best decision we made in Carinthia!
When we were booking this apartment, we hesitated a bit because it only had 10 reviews and not much information available. It turned out to be a 10 out of 10 experience!
The Space & Amenities:
● Spotless & Beautifully Styled: The apartment is located in a new, well-maintained building with an elevator and smooth stroller access. The place itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully styled, and impeccably kept. convenient parking.
● Bedrooms & Bathroom: 2 spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and a large, convenient bathroom.
● Kitchen & Extras: The kitchen is fully equipped with literally everything you could dream of—we felt right at home and didn't miss a single thing. Having both a dishwasher and a washing machine inside the apartment was a huge plus.
● The View & Balcony: The absolute highlight of the apartment is the balcony and the breathtaking panoramic lake view, which you can enjoy from both the living room and the bedrooms.
Location & Host:
● Location: Excellent location, just a few minutes away from the Annenheim cable car station.
● The Host: Barbara is a lovely host who truly cares about the property and maintains it meticulously.
Bottom line: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place wholeheartedly!
● There were no window screens, so we encountered a few bugs/mosquitoes at night. Adding screens would be a small upgrade that would make a big difference, but it certainly didn't take away from our wonderful stay!
● Please note that there is a €200 cash deposit required upon arrival (we only noticed this detail after making the reservation). The deposit is fully refunded at check-out as long as everything is in order.

Locatie was prachtig, met het uitzicht op het meer en de bergen. Hostess erg vriendelijk, met duidelijke uitleg.

Der Name des Apartments ist Programm. Es ist eine Augenweide! Super tolle Ausstattung, extrem vielfältig, sehr wertig, wirklich alles da, was man im Urlaub braucht und mehr. 2 Parkplätze, einmal im Außenbereich und einmal in der Tiefgarage. Riesige Terrasse, schnelles WLAN, 1A- Küche,...
(Vielleicht irgendwann einmal noch eine Wallbox in der Tiefgarage.)
Wer hier meckert, der soll zu Hause bleiben 😀
