Great apartment with rooftop access.

Great location and close to restaurants and bars. Communal rooftop but no one else used it while we were there. Spacious enough apartment and kitchen contained everything we needed.

We booked for 7 people and one of the rooms is on the same floor but a separate unit with its own bathroom. Do have to pay to store bags before check-in.

Very nice apartments in central part of Seville

Was not very clean, especially the bathrooms where we found a cockroach, the instructions to the apartments were not very clear a we got lost in the building

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION

Bathroom in every room.

We had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation. First of all, we had **specifically asked in advance if we would be getting a private apartment**, and were told yes. However, upon arrival we discovered that one of our rooms was actually part of the **communal area next to the stairs leading to other apartments**. This room was completely isolated from the others, and even to get to the kitchen we had to go outside into the common area and cross through. This setup was **not as described, not what we were told, and certainly not comfortable or safe**—especially considering that this part of Seville is not the safest. The listing advertises “apartment,” but in reality, these are just **rented rooms**, which is very misleading. Secondly, we had **confirmed in advance that all rooms had air conditioning**, yet one of them did not. When we called the owner, she claimed that there was AC in the open-plan area, which clearly contradicted what she had previously assured us since she didnt have an answer about the no ac in one room. When we tried to raise these concerns directly after arriving, the owner’s response was dismissive and unprofessional. She simply said, **“then you can move out.”** At that point, it was far too late to find a new place, and of course, we were not going to receive any refund—so we had no real choice but to stay. She also promised to call me back but **never did**, which shows that once they have your money, customer service and care mean nothing. The WiFi connection was very poor — it only worked in the kitchen, and there was no signal at all in the bedrooms. When we messaged about this issue, the response was simply "sorry," which reflected a lack of proper customer service and came across as quite unprofessional. Additionally, the terrace is not as described on the site. It's actually a shared space, which was not clearly mentioned, and it looks nothing like the pictures.

Good location but lots of things need work

The Location. The Aircon. Not much outside noise.

Was only one key. Key wasn’t labelled well. When rang for support not too friendly. The sofa was uncomfortable. The bathroom is off the living room and not that private. The roof terrace needs work. The washer is rusty. The coffee machine doesn’t work properly. Only 2 coat hangers. Not a complete wall between the bedroom/living room so hear noise from the other rooms.

Cadires i llit còmodes.

Escales d'accés antigues i dretes, però és comprensible perquè és un pis del casc antic. Gent amb poca mobilitat, descarteu. Compte amb la porta exterior. A la nit la tanquen i costa d'obrir. Més que empènyer s'ha d'estirar cap a tu primer. La distribució de la cuina s'hauria de millorar.

Posizione ottimale al centro città. Tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Lo staff è molto disponibile. La casa piccola, ma accogliente e va bene per brevi soggiorni.

Due note stonate: - Non abbiamo avuto acqua calda per due giorni. L’host ha riferito che si fosse esaurito il gas nella bombola e ahimé queste cose sono imprevedibili e possono capitare. - La persiana del salone si è bloccata e non siamo riusciti a sbloccarla - aveva giá dato cenni di cedimento.
