On the positive side, the property is surrounded by beautiful nature and is conveniently close to the main town of Pefkochori. The staff members were kind and responsive, the cleanliness was satisfactory, and the new, soundproofed windows did a great job keeping out external noise. We also appreciated the complimentary water and coffee.
The property has great potential, but a few areas need improvement. The mattress was quite hard and the pillows were on the flatter side. We struggled a bit with the bathroom layout, as the shower lacks a wall mount, requiring you to hold it, and the small shower space leads to the whole bathroom flooding. Security and privacy on the balcony could also be improved since it connects directly to neighboring units. Lastly, the area can get noisy; neighbors kept us up until 1 a.m. the first night, so noise-sensitive guests should definitely pack earplugs.

Die Unterkunft war super von der Größe und auch der Balkon war toll und hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Der Check-in hat ohne Personal sehr gut funktioniert und auch eine Zimmerreinigung wurde angeboten. Vor der Tür gab es Parkplätze im Schatten, was wirklich super war!
Das Bett war nicht besonders bequem und am Kopfteil hat eine Latte im Rost gefehlt, weshalb man dort etwas eingesunken ist. Zudem hätte es noch etwas sauberer sein können (im Badezimmer war an der Decke ein großes Spinnennetz mit Spinne).

It was very close to all the good beaches and beach bars and the Paliouri village
Didn't like the internet connection, it was very poor.
The AC was not working.
