Ingreso automático con clave que te envían en un mensaje, cómodo, con cocina equipada, nevera, máquina de cafe, microondas. Muy limpio y bien ubicado. Hay 2 supermercados cerca, y varios comercios y restaurantes. Tiene parqueadero gratuito afuera. (No lo utilicé)

En ocasiones es complejo cuando todo el contacto es por mensaje. No hay a quien dirigirse en caso de un inconveniente, la cafetera estaba dañada, pero escribí un mensaje y la cambiaron el mismo día. En caso de que olvides algo en el hotel luego del checkout te cobran 60 dólares por enviártelo.

Clean, comfortable bed

Much too small! Only one deck chair and tiny upholstered chair. Much too close to tv . Refrigerator too large, door was blocked by the bed. Partition wall totally unnecessary and made both areas very small and in tv area without daylight and tiny lamp poorly lit. Very bad planning!! No table . Not possible to even enjoy breakfast there. Didn’t like digital check in- prefer a living person in case I need help. No lighting at front door- needed iPhone light to use the digital entry. Good was that someone could be reached by phone 24/7.

The location was good for our dinner reservations, and the apartment was easy to access with the instructions provided by Kasa. There was free parking in the lot outside the complex. Nice neighborhood.

The A/C was super loud, and the vents blew directly from the ceiling down onto the bed and the couch, which was quite uncomfortable. There was also a panel on the wall that rattled constantly. I wasn't able to sleep much.

Clean, large bathroom, tea kettle very convenient. Great neighborhood!

The modern decor is great but the lack of carpeting in the hallway accentuated hallway noise, kind of like being in a classroom or doctors office waiting room. The lack of carpets in the rooms was also an issue because unfortunately the guest in the room above us paced back and forth past midnight and again first thing in the morning.

Everything! Loved the neighborhood and being walking distance to restaurants. Easy parking too. Our room was cozy and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the retro smeg fridge! Checking in was easy using the instructions we got via email.

Very clean, nice community room and outside patio. The virtual front desk worked perfectly. Very nice area.

Very noisy - you can hear everything from everyone in the building and outside, very thin walls and ceilings. Doors to the room very flimsy so you hear everything on the corridor as well. If you have a room closeby one of the entry doors those doors banging shut will probably give you a heart attack each time. The AC can not be controlled individually, it can not be turned off either?! You literally get blown away by the fan and you'll freeze plus that fan is mighty noisy too.
