Super clean and excellent location. Check in and check out were very easy. And bed was very comfortable.

Communication was good but I think it should be mandatory that it comes via text and email as I realised when I got to the US that I didn't have signal and couldn't receive texts. The space was deceptively bare because many of the cupboards didn't open. I would have loved a really comprehensive guest list that covered more than the closest 15mins.

Home away from home and it was easy to access everything I needed. It’s in a nice safe location and easy to communicate with the Kasa team when I needed, I was able to check out later using their site which was super useful as my flight was later. Instructions to access the property and my room was made so simple too will definitely stay there again. Thanks again for a lovely stay

Great location
Low furniture. Poor lighting. Surprise $22 fee for damage. Tiny, wobbly bed side tables for the CPAP machine.
