Location and friendly staff.
Central air didn’t really cool the room to the point I purchased a box fan to help with stay.

The property was beautiful and clean!
I do not have any dislikes at all.

Did not have breakfast. But, I wanted to do a shout out to the older gentleman (cannot remember his name)who was at the front desk when I arrived. He was helpful, courteous, and accommodating.

Room was OK. All we did was sleep. Nothing Special
Room Keys failed three times, resulting in having to leave the 8th floor to get new ones made.
Breakfast was the absolute worst I have ever had in any hotel I've ever stayed in. Especially for $25. It was obviously microwaved frozen entree. I cannot begin to describe the wheat toast. I've use plywood that wasn't as hard, and the butter was frozen solid, and therefore useless. Didn't matter because the toast was cold anyway. Would never have melted.
