I had a friend in Charlotte very ill, and decided to stay at the Renaissance at the last minute. Everyone was very helpful, and would love to come back to stay for fun.
Paid Parking, and having to go back to the parking deck by myself very late at night, and being exhausted from the day I had.

Clean, good location and comfortable bed.
Took over an hour to check in as front desk person did not see our reservation. She was not helpful and we had to call booking.com and then have booking.com call the hotel. It was finally resolved without any apology from the hotel.
