Location was great and walking to restaurants was easy.
The bathroom shower could have been better. The night bartender was a tad rude to my husband.

Everything I needed was accommodated in a timely manner.
Did not know I would be forced into valet parking. If I ever come back here I’ll be sure NOT to turn into the hotel and just park somewhere else or take an uber up there. Rather than being given no choice to pay $155 for valet I didn’t ask for.

The front reception was the best ever. So helpful and cordial.

The breakfast was a good quality and great variety. I enjoyed the walking distance to the spectrum center.
I feel like they could update their facility. The hallways have wrinkled carpets that could be a trip hazard. Each bed only has three pillows. The bathroom needs updating. However, some people may enjoy having a bathtub and that’s OK. Maybe that is a bonus for some travelers I didn’t enjoy paying $57 to have my car parked in a hotel that I’m staying at. When asked about what parking is free, the valet attendance pointed me in a direction that seemed far away and unsafe. Maybe they could work on a different pricing system. My car was there less than 12 hours.
