I loved the cleanliness and view from the room we stayed in. The staff were awesome and friendly.

The staff was great! Emma, at the front desk was delightful, helpful and responsive to questions and needs.
I think all hotels should be more accommodating for people traveling and needing to check in before noon. Also, there should not be an up charge to do so.

The breakfast and location
Pull out sofa bed had stains and actual sofa bed felt like it was gonna collapse. I asked for a roll away bed from front desk, they said they didn’t think they had any and would call up to the room in 10 minutes never heard anything from anyone. They didn’t provide enough towels for 4 people, I had to request towels twice before any were provided.
