Hotel was in a great position
Staff very helpful
I’ve machine on 5th floor didn’t work
Small shop for drinks/waters etc was depleted and not re stocked the following day
Chef hadn’t turned up by 6.30am on our final morning so breakfast area was kept closed although advertised to be open from 6am

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in SouthPark was anything but short of amazing. I understand this isn't a five-star hotel, but they gave us five-star treatment the entire time we were there. The hotel has a great location, right across the street from the mall, with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms were comfy and a nice size — we had plenty of space. Having on-site parking is also a big plus. The staff was amazing and accommodated any needs we had.

The property was very clean. I am very leery about staying at hotels but this hotel was awesome! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was great. I will use this property again in the future.

I DID NOT TRY BUT WAS CHARGED FOR IT!
FIRE ALARM WENT OFF. NO WAY TO DISABLE AND HAD TO LEAVE ROOM. ONLY ONE COFFEE REGULAR IN ROOM AND IT WAS A LIGHT BLEND.
NO HELP WHEN PROBLEM OCCURED
