Very happy with our stay.

My wife is an amputee and we always request handicap accessible rooms but typically they are still pretty difficult to navigate in her wheelchair. This extended stay America was actually truly accessable for her. She could reach everything from her wheelchair and could maneuver around the room easily without us having to move furniture around. The staff was super helpful and very kind as well.

All around satisfaction

amazing staff! Very welcoming atmosphere. The room are beautiful and the beds I could sleep in forever lol. I honestly can’t wait to visit again. I will definitely be booking here again !

I have nothing negative to say about this stay, everything was most definitely a 10/10 score for me.

Great place to stay

The setup up was awesome. It was clean an spacious. I enjoyed that it had a living room and a bedroom with TVs in each room. And the lady at the front desk professionalism was A1. I will definitely be coming back for another stay thanks.

Great place to stay!

Large suite, nice comfy king sized bed, clean bathroom with bath tub ( hard to find and desired), friendly staff

Toilet placement is very odd, tight squeeze, elevator is unbelievably slow, especially for just 3 floors.

The rooms are very nice and it was clean as well. The shower head was taped on in the handicapped bathroom but I coul look past that because the other head was amazing. Breakfast was decent also. The room was a really nice size in comparison to most in the same price range.

The issue was we stayed for 4 days and the first day the people upstairs were an little heavy footed to say t been least. We called after it continued all day and into the night and were told "yea, they have 3 kids an a dog" ok cool, at least for the night. Next morning it sounded like the Panthers were practicing upstairs ALL DAY an again into the night. So we called the desk again an the noise stopped and not a peep. We though oh good maybe they moved them to another room or something, only to wake up to more of the same. I understand it's tough to keep 3 young kids and a great big pitbull quite in a small place like that but, put them on the ground floor or something because I don't want to see anyone put out but, at what point is enough enough? For $150+ a night I don't think I should have to repeatedly complain over the course of 4 days for us to be the only party walking away with a bad taste.

great place to stay just the smell of weed was overwhelming

clean room and bathrooms. staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

the whole floor we stayed on smelled like weed and the bed needed some more pillows they flattened the moment you laid on them.

i would highly recommend staying at the Extender Stay on Pineville-Mathews rd.

it teally was exceptionly clean and the staff coukdnot do enough for you

Only bare essentials. in the room no cream rinse no hair dryer, two towels one wash cloths and one shampoo. Breakfast bar consisted of package breakfast bars and package oatmeal. That’s it. Horrible!

Laundry room is conveniently operated by credit cards. Location is close to many businesses.

Fitness center is too small and lacking weights, mats, and other essential items. Someone took away our laundry bag while our clothes were washed. I had to carry all the kitchen supplies to my room by myself.

Nice facilities, would stay again

Never again would I stay here.

I liked the hardwood floors because I was able to clean them myself also the setup of having a sofa in one room and the bed in another.

The entire place smelled like weed the hallways were actually full of not just the smell but the smoke as well. There were people fighting in the middle of the night so loud banging doors screaming in the hallway. there were pubic hairs covering the sheets. the mattress protector was never cleaned because there was a stain that was on the cover and mattress. I had to go and buy my own bedding. It just didn’t feel safe at all.

DONT STAY HERE

centrally located

people across the hall smoking weed so much it was coming under our door. We had to wet a towel and stuff it under the door. My daughter tried to go get something out of the car and she couldn’t get by because the people across the hall had a Rocwilder on a chain in the hall with 3 girls 2 guys making a music video. This is the honest to God truth. We checked in around 12-1am. We were out by 9am. It was not safe so I stayed awake from driving 8 hours and kept my gun on me. They were all online showing people how much money they had. If that wasn’t enough the pull out sofa had so many pee stains on it that it was not safe to lay on and the walk-in shower had mold growing on the wall under the seat. I had paid for 2 nights and I let management know and still have not received my money back or a apology for my family being up at risk.
