Pleasant Stay!

This was our first time visiting Charlotte and Drury Inn and will definitely back. The location was convenient, beds and rooms were beyond comfortable, and the staff was great and friendly. Big thanks to the LeQuan, Felicia, and Ron!

Drury hotels are now my #1 choice going forward when needing a room.

All the employees were tentative at breakfast. Front desk employees were extremely welcoming and it was a bonus that you offered kickback. We didn’t get to take advantage of that but it’s great to know it’s a thing!!

We had an issues with blankets not being available but the front desk took care of us the next morning

Spectacular hotel!

great for fam bams

All Drury inns seem to be a win for our family. Staff is friendly, pool was clean, rooms were clean and comfy, breakfast and kickback are delicious for what they are. We always enjoy a waffle in the mornings and love getting our 2 free cocktails after a long day of travel. A great stay!

Our overall stay was just o.k. especially for the price spent.

The staff was very pleasant. The complimentary buffet, selections and drinks were a nice touch.

It was a super busy weekend at this location. We had what could have been a major hiccup when we checked in but it was fixed when we went back to the front desk and brought to mngr. Later in the evening, when we went to shower we realized that we did not have a shower curtain so had to call back down to request one. Our bed was super soft and almost sunken which it made it hard to sleep as we felt as if we were falling out of it. The plates and glasses at the buffet were not clean at all. I believe the stack on the buffet of dirty plates that customers kept pushing to the side were taller than the ones of clean plates. The staff kept replenishing the area with clean plates but they were not clean at all. At one point they began to offer plastic and that was perfect but they ran out or stopped and went back to glassware. I wish they used paper products during the entire stay instead for everyone's safety. There was an incident that occurred in the late hours that damaged the front entrance to the hotel. We heard children running and getting adults to either come help or come witness things throughout the night. We just locked in and stayed safe. Unfortunately, this made for an unsafe feeling for my daughter and I. It looked horrible the next morning. Sharing what happened with your residents would have made it feel better.

Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food and dinner was good as well. The room was very comfortable!

The go-to place when in Charlotte.

The breakfast was hot and replenished in a timely manner. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

We couldn't get coffee/hot water outside of dining hours. They didn't know how to cook oatmeal, it was dry oats in water.

It was a good stay.

I loved the kickback hour that was offered between 5:30 and 7pm.

Our bathroom wasn't the cleanest when we arrived. As we were preparing to checkout, our house keeper busted into our room. She knocked first and we told her we were still in there. Honestly, I'm not sure if she spoke English so maybe she didn't hear us. We startled her as she did us also.

very very kind and friendly staff - excellent staff- please give them this commendation and some extra bonus money

needs bathroom fan and room service - the food service was the same everyday/ need to change it up - only pork sliders and the same breakfast foods for 5 days straight.
