The hospitality was 5 star. I loved the Kickback where they offer free food and drinks. I’ve been to many big name/brand hotels in the USA and they don’t offer this type of courtesy to their guests. I loved that they have an indoor and outdoor pool.
They didn't have any type of turkey meats for breakfast. I would highly suggest that they add this as many people do not eat pork or beef.

The room was very clean. The breakfast and dinner were very good. Coffee was available 24 hours a day
The pool area. It was indoor/outdoor so it wasn’t very big and the outdoor area was small. Only a couple lounge chairs and a few round tables with chairs. Not conducive to actual swimming or laying out to get a tan.

Really liked the solid surface flooring in the room. The staff during the dinner/breakfast were excellent. Kept the tables clean and were very kind.
Staff behind counter rather ignored a few times when we had questions. Also charged for our service dog which was surprising
