It’s comfortable and quiet. Plenty of room

The property was amazingly close to our destination of Carowinds park, and a great value for such a great hotel.
The hotel had a pool and a fitness center that was clean and well maintained. I felt confident using both.
The room was clean! No signs of dust, or last guest mess left around. Everything in the room worked perfectly. The beds were absolutely comfortable - I slept through the night comfortably. The sheets were soft like recently washed sheets should.
Close to everything we needed! The location is near food, gas, entertainment, and most of all easy access to the highway.
Finally - I would also like to thank Dominick for his professionalism when checking in. When we arrived for check in we were greeted by him. He was professional, polite, and had an excellent knowledge of the hotel and its amenities. He is well spoken and clear to understand (excellent for us northerners when we check into a southern hotel) and has the customer service skills in comparison to a Waldorf Astoria front desk attendant (stayed there long ago when my wife won a contest and WOW).
I can’t say there was anything we didn’t like about the property. Hilton knocked this one out of the park

Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was wonderful. The front desk staff was amazing, kind, and very accommodating. When the air conditioner in one of our rooms began leaking, they responded quickly and made sure we were taken care of.
A special thank you to Mrs. Roslynn, who was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. We were staying because my mom had to undergo a liver transplant, and the kindness and support we received made an incredibly stressful time a little easier. We are truly grateful and would absolutely stay here again.

Easy to find, parking was great. Clean and tidy.
Several issues with the desk staff (rude and dismissive. No apologies or warm welcomes or farewells. We were a annoying them for needing anything. We stayed for as short as possible to not disturb your staff since that’s obviously what we were doing), our room not being ready at check in time (we were on a timeline, and to rectify did nothing, that was the only time we had to get in our room & get ready. (Ran out of time and only had time to drop off) We were basically on your time instead of the other way around. The shower door would not stay closed, opened every other min so water was ALL over the floor. Pillows were uncomfortable and breakfast was… not great. Cold & stale despite in being in the warmers.
