The location was great! Very close to the airport. There's a Panera Bread within walking distance and a couple great nearby restaurants.
THE STAFF: They were extremely friendly and very accommodating. Check-in was at 4pm; we arrived just after 2pm and they gave us immediate access to our room.....so accommodating.
THE ROOM: Awesome! The room was like mini apartment...I mean you enter kitchenette, bar stools & counter top seating...fully loaded, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, pot/pan, full size stainless fridge/microwave and toaster!
Couch, office desk & office chair. The king-size bed was so comfortable. Bathroom had walk-in shower. Bedside tables and plenty drawers for you clothes, etc.
We were extremely impressed with Residence Inn!! And FREE full breakfast severed daily!
They also have a pool and hot tub!! And the padded rocking chairs outside the front entrance should you want to enjoy the fresh air!

Very Clean, recently renovated first floor.
Breakfast was good with the standard options, coffee was good and oat milk option was offered for creamer.
Monique seemed to have an attitude - first impressions matter! Also, sneaky $20 nightly parking fee it seems - my booking cost $60 more than my initial price!

Bed comfortable. Large bathroom.
I stayed here because I like the brand. Have stayed in many Residence Inns over the years. My connecting flight from Charlotte to DFW had been canceled. Because of baggage challenges, I didn’t get out of the airport until after midnight. So by the time I checked into the hotel it was extremely late. I finally settled into bed around 2 am. The manager called me shortly before 11 to remind me that I needed to be checked out at 11. I explained my situation and asked for a little more time. She gave me until noon. ☹️ I completely understand that housekeeping needs to get in to the room and clean it up for the next guest. What I didn’t appreciate was the abruptness, lack of empathy, and inflexibility to offer a little more grace.
