Great location for why I came the Charlotte.
Bar wasn't open till 5pm, room was warm. Not able to lower temperature. Maintenance was non existent with a toilet issue in our room. Had t9 change rooms at almost 11pm due to them not fixing toilet. They were notified at approximately 4pm.
Front desk staff were excellent for check in and out.

The location is unbeatable! Uptown right between Bank of America Stadium and Truist Field
The lobby and hallways smelled like pot the whole time we were there. The room was clean but shabby and used. Very little decor. Lots of dents and dings in furniture and walls
