Absolutely clean, friendly staff, and the attached restaurant was fantastic! Elevators are also very fast, usually at hotels I wait for like three minutes or more for an elevator to go up to my floor and down. The elevators here are FAST. No waiting. Perfect spot for Charlotte sightseeing.
Only has one spinning door and the other door that you open up is in the garage area, very risky for people to walk over there.

Location is very walkable.
Paying for parking is a little pricey, especially when you have no other options for safe street parking.

I liked the cleanliness and I felt safe inside
That multiple facilities broke during my 2 day stay and I was charged for them…one of which was broken before I arrived and the other not being my fault.
