I loved the location!! It was near everything we wanted to visit.
Parking was a hassle. We ended up having to valet.

Staff was very helpful and friendly at check-in desk and the room was nicely arranged. There is an attractive and comfortable bench seat just below the window which is kind of cool
the hotel is very convenient to all downtown activities
the staff in the restaurant was friendly but very slow to respond. The waitperson initially came over with the menu and some water, asked if I wanted coffee. I said yes and then she went away and did not come back until I went to find her. The restaurant was not busy at the time.
My room was nice and mostly clean but the outlet and light fixture by the bed were dusty and sticky.

Elevator was not working had to use the service elevator. It was working afterwards
