Location and price point compared to my normal choices for the weekend.
There were no bed clothes in the unit for the pull out. Called desk at 9:30 to request them and no one answered phone. Went down to desk and no one was there, luckily saw Maintenace man who said the desk was closed and to go to lower level lobby of the sister hotel. Need to forward the phone as not being able to reach front desk was very unsafe and super lousy guest service. Breakfast options were Super 8 quality.
