The bartender, her manager and the ROOM were fantastic. I felt like a queen! Greatness
One of the pillowcases looked like it had been wadded up and left to dry. When I mention it to the girl at the front desk she just said, oh- sometimes things just come out of the wash like that- I’ve never seen that even in a dumpy hotel. I work in a hotel lobby, (bar), and our staff would get in trouble for not there immediately to have it changed out- probably change the entire bed . At least offer. She was very leseefaire about it. Made me wonder if the room had been cleaned or the bedding changed out-

Very upscale and nice. Great location and proximity to the event I was in town for
Parking was a little wonky. Elevators were slowish especially after the event when there was a rush to go back to their hotel rooms. But, that is to be expected.

Location and price point compared to my normal choices for the weekend.
There were no bed clothes in the unit for the pull out. Called desk at 9:30 to request them and no one answered phone. Went down to desk and no one was there, luckily saw Maintenace man who said the desk was closed and to go to lower level lobby of the sister hotel. Need to forward the phone as not being able to reach front desk was very unsafe and super lousy guest service. Breakfast options were Super 8 quality.
