Handy location, well equipped, perfect for a solo overnight or two
The bed was not comfortable, basically a sofa bed. Make this a dedicated bed and you’re solid!

There was no breakfast. The efficiency was in a decent location - though someone told me not to walk alone after dark. It was pretty clean, and the kitchen was decently appointed.
I'd have liked to have had a chair in which to sit that wasn't either the bed or the dinette table ...

The location was great for a brief trip, and near the bus stop for the Oregon Country Fair
The AC window unit didn't keep the space cool, and the furniture is in poor condition. The bed frame collapsed on one side when I put my suitcase on it. Response time to the complaint was slow.
