This one-bedroom apartment is two blocks from the Willamette river park with a pedestrian bridge linked to Valley River Center. The apartment is located atop a 100-year-old home in the historical Whiteaker neighborhood. The original home was in the middle of a walnut orchard that went all the way to the Willamette River. Two of these walnut ancient trees are still flourishing in the 1/3 acre yard. The home has been remodeled from a one-bedroom home with an attached woodshed where the children slept to a three bedroom home below and a separate one-bedroom apartment above. The original facade is still visible facing the street as you approach.
Guest parking is off-street in the driveway next to a gray Prius. A light will come on as you enter beside the garage. Ahead, you will see the stairs leading up to the fully furnished one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. Below the apartment on the ground level is a sauna with a full bathroom and shower. Laundry facilities are on the ground level.
