The hotel was perfectly situated for our 3 day visit. On the Quai right next to all of the restaurants and bars.
The hotel is on 3 floors with a very handy lift to make life easier for everyone.
The large room and bathroom were clean and well furnished. The sun terrace gives a wonderful view of Dieppe harbour; plenty of comfortable chairs and tables.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
A delightful stay and we look forward to returning.
We have no complaints at all. Hotel parking was expensive but there is a vast area of free parking 2 minutes walk away.

The hotel was in a good location. Our room had a balcony which overlooked the harbour. I mentioned on our booking that it was our wedding anniversary so we were pleased to find they had decorated the bed with petals with a message from the hotel together with the towels moulded in the image of swans!
The eggs and bacon at breakfast were a little cold but otherwise a good continental breakfast selection.

It was an ideal location. Having a pool was a bonus. The staff worked really hard and were very keen to give us good service.
Our en suite bathroom had a strong drain odour. We made sure we kept the door closed.
The pillows are quite big and fat so not very comfortable.

Excellent location and comfortable beds.
Chipped cup in room which staff were reluctant to change. Only one keycard as no others were available due to guests taking them and hotel unable to source more. No breakfast tea, no milk or milk substitute provided for room tray. No minibar as was advertised. No case stand so had to use floor which was difficult for 75y olds. No towels for pool. Paper lined slippers were dangerous in spa as everywhere was wet. Sadly air conditioning not turned on until we complained and room heat unbearable.Whilst hotel claim luxury room fittings better in some really basic hotels.
