Beautiful location, property needs a serious update.

Location was brilliant Bed very comfortable.

Very poorly equipped -crockery and glass ware. The shower was not properly fixed. Shower head so bad you could not be adapted. water temperature varied every time. Leaked water onto the floor which ran into the hall. Bathroom door was an issue to close. Door Hinges were off the wall bathroom and bedrooms. No sofa.

Beautiful patio retreat with a view away from the crowds in Varenna

Loved the view and spacious accommodation

Hard to arrive by train and get into and from town due to limited availability of taxi drivers during our stay. It needs at least full length mirror.

We had a wonderful stay.

Great location. View was beautiful. Had AC a plus for us. Easy access to building. Nice terrace. Restaurant next door was very good.

We could not get the washer to work. It might have been our lack of knowledge of Italian appliance technology.

Location was brilliant Bed very comfortable.

Very poorly equipped -crockery and glass ware. The shower was not properly fixed. Shower head so bad you could not be adapted. water temperature varied every time. Leaked water onto the floor which ran into the hall. Bathroom door was an issue to close. Door Hinges were off the wall bathroom and bedrooms. No sofa.
