Cleanliness
There’s a certain lady at the kitchen who had funny reactions whenever we went for breakfast. She’s not one of the cooks. Must the manager or something. Her attitude annoyed me.

The staff were welcoming esp one smiley lady
The room stunk of moisture. The bathroom set up is bad…shower and toilet are on one side and you pass through shower to go to toilet ..the toilet is upside down so that water on bathroom can spil one side
