Je recommande fortement 🤩

Incroyablement confortable, avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, appartement très propre, moderne, situé dans un endroit parfait et calmé à proximité du marché et des commerces. Tout est à quelques pieds , casino de Monte Carlo 10min. Nous avons été très contents.

Good location and facilities

Great location, 7 min walk to Monaco casino, grocery is next to the entrance (works till 11pm). Apartment is in ancient building, so nice entrance, stairs, I really liked to stay at such authentic building. Nice interior inside, big living room, all facilities included. Cozy French balcony, I had a great coffee time there in mornings, by the way - coffee machine is at the apartment as well as coffee capsules. Very comfortable bed.

There was a little bit noisy neighbors at nights, but it's not host's guilty.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Really close to the Monaco border. Very nice host, who provided me with all the information regarding the apartment and even a Monaco sightseeing guide. Everything was organised in the most thoughtful manner. Thank you Matthieu :-)

Great modernised apartment in a traditional French style block.

The apartment block was a traditional French affair and looked great from the outside. The interior had tall 3.5 metre celings which gave it a grand sort of feel. Internally it had been fully updated to a high modern standard. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area were superb with double French doors out to the small balcony to the rear of the property. This had a bistro table and 2 chairs, great for that breakfast coffee and glass of wine or beer later in the day. The fully modern bathroom had a large walk-in shower with a fantastic drench head. The bedroom was great too with a comfortable bed and lots of storage space in the large built in wardrobe. The location was good with a nearby supermarket, open air market and local shops such as a butchers, bakery, etc. Near the centre of things but also quiet enough at night so as not to disturb your sleep. Also Monaco Monte Carlo was within a short 10 mins walk. We used it as a base for our visit to the Rolex Monte Carlo Masters tennis tournament, it was about a 25 mins walk from the MCCC itself and so great for this. The owner manager Matthieu gave us all the check-in info we needed in a timely manner beforehand and quickly responded to any questions we had. He also included a link to download a hints and tips document he'd produced for the Monaco / Beausoleil area which was very useful.

Perfect flat for a trip to Monaco - anytime again.

We spent 5 days in Matthieu's flat and loved it. It is very modern and luxuriously furnished, perfectly equipped and has a lovely little balcony facing the backyard. The location is brilliant ... walking distance to the market, cafes, restaurants ... and at the same time to downtown Monaco and the sea. Matthieu is a very reliable host, we received all the necessary information in advance and during our stay. We would book again anytime, definitely recommend.

I would like to thank all team for my wonderful stay - It is immaculate apartments with everything to make me happy - perfect design, nice cleaness, cosy balconies, comfort in all aspects- bed, kitchen, bathroom, air-conditioner, I can say that it is highest standard of living!
