Agréablement surprise

L'accès super facile. En voiture facilite de parking et gratuit le week end. Juste ce qu'il nous fallait pour trois personne à l'intérieur Belle décoration Bouilloir pour le café instant ou machine à café micro-onde frigo couverts pour 4 personnes.

Douche à rénové pour les pommeaux. Et quelques petites finitions mais qui ce perdais dans le charme des lieux.

Exceptional

Perfect apartment if you're traveling with friends/family. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very well equipped. It's kinda difficult getting upstairs if you're traveling with a lot of luggage because it's a bit narrow, though. It''s located in a very beautiful, quiet area surrounded by woods. We didn't find many stores or markets nearby but we didn't mind much because it's very easy arriving to the city centre or to the mall by bus. We had a lovely stay and would indeed repeat!

We would have preferred having some more kitchen supplies as well as kitchen towels but that's because we tend to use a lot the kitchen to cook for the whole day.

Disappointing

Location of hotel.

• When we were booking the room, it was written, that it had a kitchenette with a microwave. We also asked for an iron in advance. There was none of that in the room! They were brought only after a long correspondence the next day. • When we returned late in the evening to the room, it turned out that there was no third set of linen. Although the room was booked for three. Instead of going to sleap, we again had to correspond with the owner of the hotel and ask him to bring bed linen urgently. • The staff only speaks Chinese, although the Booking says they speak English as well. Therefore, I had to write messages and wait for the hotel owner to translate them and respond. • Water was constantly dripping from the faucet in the kitchen, which made it difficult to sleep. The photos on the Booking make the room look better than it really is.

Very good

this district is very nice. flat was clean.

communication with owner was not good. He/ She could be little bit more kind and helpful to provide information. flat is in the second floor without elevator. small stairs. if someone has heavy baggage might find problem. you have distance around 25 minutes with bus from train station.

overall, good place

cozy and stylish apartment, great location

very poor sound isolation, so noisy: the apartment is one the ground floor right next to the building entrance and the stairs. we were waking up every time someone was entering/leaving the building. the walls are too thin, like a paper, so you hear even the noise of jacket zipper or breath outside.

Disappointing

Despite of narrow stairs and 2 floors climbing with luggage required, the size of flat turned out to be decent to fits several persons.

Kitten facilities are poor. You cannot make cereals, neither open a wine. Communication with owner was very poor. We left keys at the front door locker and the person accused us not leaving them. Additionally, we left a few dishes not cleaned and we learned that was "outrageous and very disrespectful behavior". Paying for the stay a hotel rate of EUR 600 for 4 nights I would expect the host can manage small cleaning (cost of local cleaning lady is of 25-30 EUR / h.) Unfortunately I cannot not recommend that property.

The property was very clean and in a good location, about 20 minutes from the centre by bus. We asked for extra toilet roll as there was only 1 provided for 3 nights and 5 people and an extra towel as only 4 were provided for 5 people but this was given to us within 10 minutes of asking for it. The pictures of the property do not do it justice, don’t hesitate to book.

Like others have said, the kitchen is not well equipped, there was no saucepans and only one frying pan, no kitchen roll etc. The sofa bed was not made up and no sheets were provided for it.

Great house

The house was really clean, comfortable, had all the facilities, warm. We were a family of 5 and the house was big enough for us. It has 2 rooms, kitchen and toilet. It was located not more than 10 min driving from the centre, the public transport is free and you have the bus stations close to the house.

There wasn't something that I didn't like about the house to be honest. The only thing that I can think about is that there were no shops around there. You have to go to the city centre. Also the parking was a bit of a problem, not many free spaces.

I had an easy-going experience and would recommend this location.

The communication with the owner was fast and efficient, the check in was made easy. The accommodation was bigger than what I expected. the environment was quiet and I had a good night, bed was of good quality to me.

I was not sure who was in the house, I would have like to meet the owner at some point (although there was absolutely no need as everything went well)

Excellent!

Super clean, spacious apartment! Came equipped with everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed our stay here. (The bakery right across the street was a huge plus as well)

We all thought the beds were a bit hard but still managed to get a good night sleep.

First of all it's not a hotel it's an apartment with hall two bedrooms kitchen bathroom I. The second floor of two storey apartment. Wenn we were there it's still under renovation. No one to see there no personal reception. Keys were in the safe with code at the entrance we just collect and dropped. The bed and the pillows are hard no AC or Fan We kept opened the windows yo let the chilling air Come in. We were disappointed the jacuzzi and whirlpool were and terrace were not available as per stated in the information. Previously it was a restaurant now only it's under renovation. The door handles and e shutters and the furniture's are flimsy we handled carefully . The indection cooker was out of service we couldn't even heat up our food . No microwave. If these drawbacks are corrected in the future okay to stay . Price is little high for this apartment.
