Nestled in Okaloosa Island, this attractive condo for $545 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. You will love this beautiful Platinum grade fourth floor condominium (#414 - 1513 sq feet) with a direct Gulf view over one of two large Gulf front pools at The Azure. This condominium affords a million-dollar view of the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Okaloosa Island beaches from a large 25' balcony. Azure 414 has a great new look!! New paint throughout and new decor. Completely new modern master shower. The unit is fresh and clean with tile throughout--no dirty carpet!! Every rental includes 1 set of complimentary beach service (1 umbrella and 2 beach chairs) every day from March through October- what a value! The balcony is complete with two brand new chaise lounge chairs and bar stool height chairs/table so your view is not obstructed by the railing while enjoying the gentle ocean breezes and listening to the waves caress the sugar white sand. You can watch your kids in the pool as you unwind and enjoy a cold one. The Azure is one of the nicest, most upscale condominium complexes on Okaloosa Island and is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The Okaloosa Island Pier is a short 8 minute walk and Destin is only 6 miles away. This island prohibits condos greater than 6 floors so it is much less crowded than Destin and surrounding beaches. However, you are just a 5-10 minute drive from some of the nicest restaurants in the Florida Panhandle. This condo has been furnished by a leading interior designer from Atlanta. The master bedroom is furnished with Ralph Lauren's Island collection which includes a large four poster king bed which also boasts new large screen Smart TV. The master bath has a large jetted Jacuzzi tub and a very impressive large walk-in shower. The shower was completed renovated in 2020. The showerhead is extra large and has plenty of water pressure which is hard to find at many beach condos. Both the living room and master bedroom have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that offer gorgeous views of the beach. The living room now has a roomy new sectional sofa for more seating capacity. Both guest bedrooms have wall mounted flatscreen HDMI Smart TVs. The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed with a new upscale mattress for sleeping support--no aching backs in the morning! The 3rd bedroom has two nice sturdy bunk beds from Bombay Co. Each of the guest bedrooms has its own large full bathroom also complete with extra-large shower heads and great water pressure. The state-of-the-art Kitchen is fully equipped and has upgraded appliances from Kitchen Aid including a convection oven. A Keurig as well as a 12-cup coffee maker is available for your convenience. The dining area offers a gathering table which is several inches higher than a traditional dining table to afford a better view of the gulf while enjoying your meals. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a group of two families of 4 - 4 adults and 4 kids/teens. This had plenty of room, all the amenities we could need, and exactly as described. We also could walk to the beach within two minutes from our room. If we ever go back to the area we will definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed here with my mom and 4 cousins. It was an amazing stay!!! We have been coming to Florida for several years for our yearly ladies trip and this was by far the best stay ever!! The condo was amazing and is directly on the beach. My mom is 83 and has some trouble walking in the sand. Not this trip. I will absolutely stay here from now on.

We were pleased that 2 sets of beach chairs were included. We had a small issue with the Keurig and they immediately brought us a replacement. I would stay here again.

The covered parking is a plus and check in with the keypad is so convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was so quiet and peaceful. The balcony furniture was great! The tile was beautiful but if you like to step out of shower onto a nice rug, be sure to bring your own, I was glad I did. We ate at many great restaurants nearby, Old Bay Steamer, Stewby’s and Sealand.

This was our first staying at the Azure it was a very nice place. Kid friendly. The condo was very nice and well kept. Location was great. If you have a luggage carrier on top of your vehicle DO NOT go to the top floor of the parking garage. The entrance heights are low. Park on the 1st and 2nd floors. Over a great experience and would stay every year if I could.

3 families all stayed at the property together. It was hands down our favorite “all-family” family vacation! The condo itself was perfect for my husband, myself and 4 kids ages 12, 10, 7, 2.. very close to the pier which has shopping, food, big playground equipment!

Condo was nice. Cleaning was poor. Swept a small shoe and candy wrappers from under the couch. Utensil in kitchen thrown in drawers. Found gum wrappers in bedroom drawers. Could not check in til after 4:00. Received mixed messages about check in. First we were told to pick up a packet then we were told it was contactless. Coffee table was broken and maintenance came to fix it on Wednesday and didn’t have the right screws. Did have some balls and boards for kids to use. Had no starter set of salt/pepper etc. be sure and bring everything you need. Local restaurants had extremely long wait times with some completely closed. I’m sure because of Covid. Loved the beach chairs being set up every morning. Internet was extremely fast. That was nice. Beautiful view from balcony. We had a nice family vacation.

Our family had a wonderful time at Azure! The location is great for restaurants, groceries, and fun activities! The owner was super! The house keepers could have done a better job! We understand it is very hard to find good employees that are willing to work. The property manager said she was bringing a large frying pan and broom but she never showed. We didn’t let any of this dampen our vacation or our accommodations! We highly appreciate the owner letting us rent the condo! We will definitely return! The grounds and pool was always in excellent shape!!

We enjoyed our stay at Azure 414. We were nervous that Hurricane Elsa was going to ruin our week but it was wonderful. We would get some showers and then the sun came out for great relaxing in the sun! It was especially nice having 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas! it was a pleasure dealing with Mary Alice! We would love to return next summer!

We had such a great time in your condo! Everything seemed bigger than the pictures. We had plenty of space for our group of 10. Mary Alice was so great to work with, so accommodating, helpful and quick to respond! Can’t wait to go back!

The property is very nice and exactly as pictured. We had no problems at all and absolutely loved the easy beach access, large pools, and large balcony with amazing views of the gulf. This was my first VRBO rental and I was very nervous about having a bad experience. But the owner was beyond wonderful and always very good at responding to any question/concern I had. We will be back!!! Thank you, Mary Alice!!!

There was no soap in the bathrooms and twin size sheet for sofa sleeper. One lounge chair on balcony was starting to tear. Was like that when we got there.Otherwise nice condo.
